Join the Wîcihitowin Indigenous Student Alliance Thursday, April 23 for our Métis Trivia Night - a fun Wayground session about all things Métis. Celebrate Métis culture and build our AU community. Study up on Métis culture and language by reading our Métis Week 2025 posts right here on the WISA website!
Open to ALL Athabasca University students, including alumni and prospective students. Indigenous and non-Indigenous alike, this is an opportunity for us to come together, connect, and relax in a low-pressure setting.
Local Métis artisans, including members of our WISA Board, have generously donated wonderful prizes for the the top 3 winners of our Wayground game as well as a Door Prize for one lucky participant.
1st Place: Beaded Wristlet, donated by Kaylee Weigelt (local Métis artisan).
2nd Place: Meditation Tea Set, donated by Ashley Reimer (WISA).
3rd Place: Dreamcatcher Keychain, donated by Amanda Leeman (WISA).
